My husband and I were very pleased with the service. We highly recommend Sterling Inspection Group for your home inspection need.
Little expensive as I know from market rate but service was good.
They (David and David) did an amazing job! My husband called Sterling on Friday and they had an appointment for us on Monday. David (our inspector) was very knowledgeable in what he was doing, he was very thorough in his work. He combed through the house and caught every detail. Afterwards, he went over pictures with us with such patience. We also had our septic tank inspected and David (a different David) was very helpful and showed us pictures as well. Amazing job overall, I 100% recommend them!

Sterling inspection group was quick, thorough, and answered any and all questions I had for them.
Sterling provides a "Class A" service. We were informed every step of the way what to expect. They worked with our schedule on the very same day we called. Mike arrived with snacks for us while we waited for him to do a thorough inspection. He showed us what we needed to see. But, he also made suggestions on what and how to repair. Thanks Sterling for a knowledgable staff.
