I was not sure what to expect in an inspection. These guys are great. They are very thorough and the information we received was much more that we could have ask for. I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

We had a great experience. Mike, the owner, came out to do a moisture intrusion inspection. He was very thorough and sat down to explain to us what he was going to be doing, then reviewed what he found. His explanations were in a way that someone not in this industry can understand. I would definitely go to them again if ever needing to have another inspection. Support Local!!!
Very helpful and friendly. Had a 100+ year old house in Tacoma inspected, they did a very good job and had no problem answering all of our questions. Even provided tips for areas in need of some repair.
Sterling Inspection cost me thousands of dollars in repairs when they missed a huge break in my sewer pipe that was visible on their sewer scope inspection. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
