I met Brian Dickes when he did an inspection for my son's new home. I was very impressed on the amount of detail of the inspection that was given in documentation with photos and recommendations on "how to improve', 'what needs to be repaired' and 'What to keep watch over'. I said if and when I purchase a home I would call. Well 6 months later, I made that call and again, I got the same kind of report. Thank you Brian and your team for providing great service and detailed reports. You are truly one of a kind group.
Very professional and personable. Although I forget the owners name because it's been a few months since we connected, he answered the first call I made to him. I felt immediately comfortable with him and his services and knew I could trust his business. They provided quick yet thorough service for us when inspecting our then potential and now home. What an excellent company. We had problems with the first house we went to purchase and Sterling Inspection gave us SUCH a thorough inspection with pictures and other really helpful information.
