We were so happy with our interactions with this company. The office staff were friendly and professional, with quick service. Our technician was very thorough, and went through the results with us before he left. We received the inspection the next day, as promised, and will use it for a home warranty check.

WATCH OUT for The Sterling Inspection Group! Michael and his team attempted to conduct an inspection of my son's home and missed so much. So many issues were found after the inspection and when Sterling was contacted, Michael stated that he "doesn't have to know building codes". The "warranty" of the inspection is not even being honored. Scammers at best. Find another company to do your inspections.....please! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!

They were fast, yet thorough and explained the whole process so it was easy to understand.
Professional, friendly, and thorough. You definitely want these guys inspecting a potential home for you. Extra services WERE NOT pushed. They bring snacks (chips, cookies, granola bars) and beverages (water and pop) if you choose to be there at the inspection, which was perfect for my after-work meet-up. He showed and explained to me everything he found while at the house, besides the written documentation. Another homeowner was quoted as saying "I don't want them inspecting my house (when I sell it)."
