Brian and his helper jumped right in and started. while I felt like i was not really welcomed to follow and ask questions. when all said and done the found the post and beam needed to be leveled, (not surprised) and the sub box in the basement was a Zinsco box that will catch on fire, and there was toilet issues. so glad i had the house inspected. great service, great inspection, finial verdict if buying a real fixer upper use them.
