Buying an old house in Tacoma and was very happy to have Sterling conduct the inspection. The inspector (Matt) was very thorough and explained all findings in detail. The inspector took pictures at multiple angles for all faults and remedies for each issue found. As a VA-benefit home buyer, this allowed for easy transactions between the seller and I to move forward with our purchase. We highly recommend!
