RecommendedMichael Sterling is thorough and very informative. When this group is done inspecting you will be well informed on what does and doesn't need to be done. Report and sewer video are very thorough.
Michael was AMAZINGLY thorough and helpful throughout our home inspection. With such a big investment, my husband and I were SO grateful that he really took the time to carefully inspect and analyze the current state of our prospective home. Not only that, but we were so appreciative that he took the time to clearly go through his entire report with us, explain different findings, give advice for future maintenance, and answer all of our questions. My wife and my experience with Sterling was very reassuring. The inspector had been doing it for decades and was clearly an expert. Because of coronavirus, we weren't able to be physically present for the inspection, but the inspector got on a zoom call with us as soon as he finished, and made us feel like we were right in the house with him.
