Sterling has been my favorite inspection company to work with. They present the information in such a clear and understandable way for my clients. And the warranties are great!
I had them do an inspection on a home before I put in an offer. The gentleman was nice and very thorough. Unfortunately, he had accidentally dropped a ladder down the main staircase, which damaged a wooden step and the hardwood floor. Mistakes happen, I was not worried or bothered at all by it.
