Beautiful place with some awesome history... Must see..
Gorgeous hotel and a fantastic restaurant that is a can’t miss. Room had a beautiful view of the snow covered mountains in Estes Park and staff was super accommodating and helpful. Tours here also very informative and worth it.
Fantastic hotel. Great location. Wonderful people. Old world charm with modern amenities. Food service and bar were excellent as well. Really enjoyed a hearty breakfast. Highly recommended.
Lovely historic place; loved the tour with Lillian, she was entertaining and knowledgeable about the history and especially the ghostly aspects.
Lillian did an amazing job on our walking tour today. She has such charisma and is full of great knowledge about the hotel and its history.

Gorgeous hotel full of way more history than I expected. Stayed in room 217, which was very spacious and comfortable. The history tour with Sophie was incredible, the Illusions of the Passed show with Aiden Sinclair was both chilling and moving; actually the only negative was the Spirit Tour with Rob. Not enough spirit stories and some inaccuracies. Food n service was good. Not quite sure how handicap people get n there was lots of steps.
It was a great mini vacation spent here! Old architecture is my thing and history is my husband’s so it was perfect fit for us. The staff are so accommodating and polite!
