The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable . Loved the shower. Lots of pics to look at. Very beautiful scenary! Can't wait to go again.

We did the historic tour at the hotel and it was amazing. Awesome tour guide and all of the staff were very nice. We will definitely be back and plan to stay in room 217!
We were there today for the noon historic tour. I just want to thank our tour guide Lillian from Saint Paul Minnesota for the wonderful tour she took us on I give her 10 🌟
Unfortunate that website didn't mention construction blocking view from the deluxe king room we ordered, had to move to much smaller room with virtually no view. We love the place though, enjoyed an excellent meal in the Cascade Restaurant, the congenial Bar with superb selections. Would return again? In a minute! Mountain views are spectacular, and staff is fruendly, helpful.
What a wonderful place! Had the guided tour with Sophie she was amazing and was VERY detailed on the history of the hotel and made the tour a very enjoyable experience!
Went here for a wedding, terrible, would not stay here again if it was free. Everything was broken including the elevator, making it impossible for people with disabilities unable to get ot their rooms. Even worse they didn’t really care. As for the wedding, what you get is the rooms basically, if you want decorations put up its on you. Oh and you work on their schedule. Very dissapointed. Stand by for all the other bad reviews from the many people who were her
