We stayed here this past Memorial Day weekend. Beautiful hotel, excellent customer service. We were originally booked in a double balcony room in tower 1. When I got to the room I called and requested a balcony room in the newer tower. Without hesitation I was offered a king room with a balcony and they threw in a rollaway for my daughter. We were on the 20th floor the view was amazing! The room was amazing!! Great job Hyatt Regency Orlando! We will be visiting you again soon!!
Awesome customer service!!!! This place is huge...So much to do and see just in this hotel alone! The lobby is superb. The staff are attentive!!!!
Absolutely amazing!!! We just returned home after a 4 night stay and needless to say I wish I was still there! The rooms were gorgeous! The staff was so sweet and accommodating! The food and service was wonderful! I will definitely be returning soon!

Very nice place. Staff is very friendly. Nice layout and very clean. Great pool with 0ft entry for the little ones. Highly recommend a stay here.!
Ok. This was our first time. Hubby, me and our 3 teen boys. Every employee from start to finish went above and beyond and helpful. We had a room of 5 with 2 double beds so we asked for a cot? and they brought that, it was comfy and we were grateful. Love the convenience of to dine on site, enjoyed the Diner. Loved the slide and water basketball. Ming Court is on International Dr. it was lovely, Dragon hanging from ceiling and beautiful live music and fish outside! Keep cash on you it comes in handy.
