Had a issue but they solve it right away i will recommend n.e one to pay them a visit nice clean hotel try it u will like it o and the bar tender in the middle bar make a mean margarita.... Keep u the good work here at the hotel u got 100% from me
Some friends and I stayed here for 4 nights during the Spooky Empire Ultimate Halloween weekend, and it couldn't have been more perfect. I absolutely can not wait to come back in March. The Hyatt and Spooky is a perfect match. Everyone at the hotel was pleasant and kind. I hope this is our permanent home

The hotel was extremely clean and beautiful. The customer service was AMAZING. Anything ordered was at your door within ten minutes. The valet employees were extremely friendly. The food was great as well. I do not have one bad thing to say about this hotel. I am recommending this place to anyone who is staying in Orlando.

Upgraded when we walked in. Girl at front desk was absolutely wonderful, wish I could I remember her name, krista i want to say. Staff great! Absolutely wonderful place, will definitely be back!! Thanks again!!!!
