Fantastic hotel......stayed here for 10 days last summer, loved it so much we couldn't wait to book for this year (14 days this time). Rooms are lovely and every employee we encountered on our visit went out of their way to make our stay perfect!!
Excellent service and I loved the room we were in! Worked beautifully for the Pure Romance conference we had here!
Registration desk was nice and friendly...wait staff by pool was excellent...enjoying my stay...
It was a wonderful experience, the staff was so friendly and accommodating. It is such a beautiful hotel and also the B line diner was phenomenal:-) def recommend this place
This is my first time, as five star hotel you don't find some minor details such as slippers even if you ask for it nobody will care,also the daily water bottles inside the room , you will have it only first day
Great breakfast, dinner and deserts at the concierge level. Our favorite family place to stay at Orlando.
Love this Hotel and the staff! I have stayed there for 4 Conventions. I love the B Diner and the seafood restaurant also the staff everywhere is super!
Big and spacious hotel, good service, nice staff, together with beautiful weather, it is a great stay.
