My husband and I just stayed here and had a really good time. We booked through Travelocity and they apprently they messed things up with our room the hyatt fixed it for us no problem we definitely be staying with them again.
I am currently at the hotel and i love everything so far. We came to Orlando to go to Disney World but its so nice here that we already forgot about Disneyland )) Staff has been amazingly nice! The room is nice and clean. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this hotel. My daughter is enjoying the heated pool. We are definitely coming back here!
Stayed here before & will be again soon. Fantastic service and a great hotel!!!
Worst situation ever. After 24 h trip my room booked and paid months ago wasn't available due to overbooking (i. e. making money with people not showing up). They sent me to a bad hotel nearby where I have to stay for the next 5 days.
Thank you Sarah and Robin for pampering me this week.
We had an amazing corner room with a great view of the pool and north side of the resort. The service was great and we look forward to our next stay!
