Room wasn't ready when checked in at 5pm and the restaurants leave a lot to be desired...for the price of food would have expected better service...waited 20 min before someone took our drink order :(
The dock master is a racist and needs therapy. Don't bring your shows here its horrible service from the staff.
I at the Hyatt stay here for two nights I really like the property is beautiful , rooms are very small but nice Quality of product all bending linen excellent , just the coffee maker was very dusty and show some white calcium , other than that was very good I will be back again.
Just arrived....front desk guy was very helpful and great service so far.
I stayed here 3 years ago when it was the Peabody and was blown away by the service I had received. Never thought that another hotel could match that service , but the Hyatt Regency has done an outstanding job ! Everyone that works here is so nice and so willing to help, the property is beautiful and have a wonderful view with a very comfortable and clean room. Will definitely stay at the Hyatt Regency again, thank you for making my stay here enjoyable and relaxing.
