Here for the Kohls Beauty Expo. They feed us so well and are so attentive!!!
I initially had a couple of issues with my room, but once housekeeping was made aware of the problems, they went over and above to make sure I was satisfied and happy with the services provided. I stay at this location during what is a crazy busy and very active convention group, so the hotel is usually at full capacity during my visit. Paradise on earth
Best hotel I've ever been in the penthouse suite is 100% worth it. All staff is wonderful and the amenities are amazing. Pool is 5 stars as well. If you are in Orlando do stay here.

Thank you for the treat in my room this evening, it was delicious. What was more impressive, were how my 5 pairs of shoes piled in the closet were all lined up in a row when I retuned to my room. I love the attention to organization when I don't have time to be! Thank you. I enjoyed my stay the entire week.
