Regarding the Hyatt Regency Orlando...... On Saturday, December 6, 2014, I arrived at the Hyatt Regency Orlando to meet someone for drinks. Hotel was very nice but I dont like the fact that they have hidden charges to include you must pay to park your own car . On a positive note they have a 24 B-line restuarant that was AMAZING We went 3 days straight for breakfast and got served by Mo all 3 times and he was GREAT and the food was awesome.
We came with our family for 4 days in Hyatt Regency everything was superb. We go three rooms. The food was excellent, everybody was so helpful and nice. Rooms were very clean and the amazing view from our rooms on 25th floor was just perfect. The spa is very nice with verity of lessons, yoga, pilates, indoor cycling, and so on..,, Must see!
The hotel itself has great amenities great however we had a big issue with the room keys. For the first attempt, we got keys that didn't work. Not a big deal however we had to go back downstairs which is annoying when you are tired late at night. Then we got a new key (after 10-15 min) then went back up and this time the door opened to a room that was already occupied!! This was very Disturbing!!! It almost sounded like a joke. Excellent customer service and housekeeping as this hotel is immaculate staying in the newer far superior tower in a corner king room with floor to ceiling windows, amazing views and sunsets from the 23rd floor-room #22338 and yes we could see the Disney- Epcot fireworks.
Great room, accommodations and staff. I will definitely be back!!!
