The place was very clean and had a veiw to die for the front desk people were nice too they upgrade are room for no extra charge it was the best hotel I've been too
Everything was great. Staff very helpful. Food facilities excellent. Location is very convenient. Huge facilities.
When I travel, I sometimes have difficulty due to food restrictions. However, in the midst of a conference of 3,000 people, they made special arrangements for my lunch, dinner and even desert. Raphael and his team knew my name and helped me get exactly what I needed to make my experience fun and keep me from getting sick. Terrible stay. They cleaned my room at 9:00am and took all of my belongings out of the room. Not knowing, i took a shower only to find my clothes and belongings were gone. I called the front desk. And they sent somebody to my room with towels. WTH? I went to the front desk in my sweaty clothes to find out what happened. And they lost not only took my belongings, but could not find them. I took them over two hours to find my things which made me very late as I need to shower again, and get ready. No answer was given and nobod... read more
Had the best holiday here. Fantastic pools and lovely areas to sunbathe with plenty of palm trees to give shade. Enjoyed the pina coladas from Coconuts poolside restaurant. Hotel lobby was beautiful with lots of different restaurants to choose from. We ate at the B line diner a number of times which was great. The room was nice enough, with comfy beds.
