Was here last year was superb stayed in a corner suite with amazing views had the best time staff are so nice Can't wait to return in July pool is so relaxing

Great stay! From housekeeping staff (Moreen) to bell staff to pool bar to B-Line staff. Friendly, helpful & caring. Only disappointment is the lobby bar was unable to accept cash/make change for my order. That change = gratuities. No worries, I made change elsewhere & tips were not lost!
My sister and I just stayed here this past weekend and it was fantastic! Everyone was awesome... from Jose and Maryellen in the Business Office to Jason who delivered our room service! It was fun, friendly, professional, clean, comfortable and just overall a true pleasure!! Thank you for a great weekend!!
Awesome hotel! Customer service is top notch, they treated us like royalty! It was my daughter's bday and they even sent a gift basket! Pool is wonderful, kid friendly. We will be back!
No better hotel in Orlando !!! My family and I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
Just spent the most amazing night in this fabulous hotel. Brian (General Manager) assisted myself & my new wife by providing the most amazing suite on the 31st floor. It was breathtaking!!! My best man & his wife also had a suite and it's safe to say...were completely blown away with the room and the entire property!!! Every member of staff we encountered was first class. Well done and thank you so much.
Was there for a conference. It is huge, beautiful, and well-maintained with courteous and helpful staff.
Immaculate hotel, impressive throughout however was not informed of the daily service charges upon checking in so my account was debited with a lot of money. On the plus side it has now been rectified.
