I have stayed here numerous times, both when it was the Peabody and now as the Hyatt. So extremely disappointed this year. No maid service our first day, $17 for a glass of wine in a diner, parking fees, no customer service. Next show I'm staying some place else.
Great stay. Special thanks to bellman Albert and spa professionals Julie and Angie. You went out of your way to make our visit memorable.
Superb Service by a friendly tourist/visitor-oriented staff, and Excellent Facilities for convention events and room Accommodations. We feel safe, secure and well-served :)
