I love staying at this hotel. This is me and my friends second time staying here and every time it has been pleasant. The staff here are very professional and helpful. We love sitting by the pool and ordering delicious drinks�. Clean rooms and great view of the city. Short distance to Orlando Universal Studio and shopping centers . I recommend the Hyatt Regency to anyone who is visiting Orlando,Fl.

First class all the way!! Rooms great with amenities you don't see elsewhere. Restaurants great meeting space. This is a huge hotel. Friendly and helpful employees. It is great
Disappointed in the metropolitan suite with balcony to nowhere. Noisy ac that just doesn't go off, runs almost constantly. Tv in bathroom mirror an oddity- convenient but little used.

We stay at the Hyatt Regency Orlando at least once a year if not twice. It is with out a doubt my favorite place to stay. The restaurants are all absolutely amazing. The staff has always been professional, helpful, and friendly. Even though we don't usually get to spend much time at any of the pools they are a lot of fun. I look forward to our visit every year.
Beautiful hotel!!! And the service was phenomenal.. my wife are in town for a conference and decided to stay here, which is the same venue as the conference.. the girl from the Bronx at the reception desk was extraordinary! I forget her name, but she was super helpful with giving us ideas for the best local places to eat.. definitely looking forward to coming back soon!!
Nothing special but okay! Not Super but Excellent
I had a wonderful experience at this beautiful hotel. From the hotel staff, bellstaff to room service. I've got to give a shout out to Guillermo the door man for being so kind and helpful and setting me up on uber when the uber driver had cancelled on me and I was pressured for time to get to the airport. It was an over all great experience and will definitely be back again.
