This is my favorite Hotel in Orlando! Staff is very attentive and super friendly. Food on property is top notch and the lobby bar is a great night time atmosphere. And who doesn't love a TV in your bathroom mirror?!!

I arrived around 2:44 AM from a tiring flight. I have a confirmed reservation with a special request of early morning check in due to my late flight. To my surprise, the guy at the front desk refused to let me in b4 7 AM!!! Is this how your guests are treated?
It would have been a great stay for us, but having my laptop stolen from my room on the first day was hard. Have stayed here before without a problem, but internal investigation and report should have been shared with me when I asked.
