I was at the Hyatt Recency for my NEA leadership summit and it has been just a lovely stay. The room was large and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. They waived the resort fee and we were able to enjoy soooo many amenities. I highly recommend this hotel and personally will be back with the hubby.
Enjoying our stay! Food and sinks are a tad pricey...and the Starbucks inside the hotel does not take the Starbucks app 😳 -otherwise very happy!
I need someone at Hyatt management to know about this incident although I expect nothing back based on my interaction with Sam@Hyatt Regency in Orlando. Would love to hear what you can do.

Booked and paid for room, but they gave us a cheaper room.. Would not go back.

The Hyatt Regency @ Orlando is a great experience. The staff are great and very courteous the view is also great. Great place to stay will sum it up
