I stayed in the Wonderland for my birthday. The cabin was lovely, looked just like the pictures. The host Andy was truly lovely, and ensured all was OK during my stay. I paid for the pre light service for the hot tub, I also orderd 2 pizzas and breakfast, which were nice. The only negatives I have are the wasps, bring a repellent prior to going as there were a few. I could not use the kettle in the morning as inside of it wasn't clean at all. Regularly cleaning the kettles would be good. The outside table had not been cleane... read more
Amazing 2 days away with my wife for are first annivasary, we stayed in the luxe and it was amazing stay The units are so thought out and have everything you need for your Glamping exoernice we loved the outdoor shower the pool table the hot tub was amazing I have to mention the guide you receive 2 weeks prior to your arrival because for me I have never been as impressed with how much information as everything you need to no is in there and if I ever got stuck I found my answer in there, from where the tv remote might be or ... read more
Amazing from start to finish We stayed in the Treetops and it was unbelievable everything was there that we needed, we ordered pizzas and graze box and these were just amazing The slide was great Andy was amazing was always on hand if we needed him The girls in the guest service were lovely This is our second stay here and can’t wait to book a different unit Thanks for an amazing stay
Just came back from 3 night stay for my 40th Birthday. Had a great time, Andy helped us out a few times to get the hot tub going and the pizza oven was so helpful. We are looking into visiting again soon.
Our stay was in The Lodge. Fabulous, fun and relaxing break. Loved every part, from building our own fire pit and toasting marshmallows to chilling on the hot tub whist listening to Glastonbury. Andy, Sarah and the rest of the team were great xx
