RecommendedWow! Beautiful hotel with awesome staff! I highly recommend!
At the time of arrival, our room was not ready. We let the concierge know we would be in the bar area & he said he would have the room ready by 6 pm. At 6 pm, the room was still not ready. We were not offered any complimentary drinks, food, nothing. At 7 pm, we were told the room was ready. Upon walking in, housekeeping was still cleaning! At 10:30 am the next morning, housekeeping was knocking on the door to come in even though check-out time is noon. Overall, we are very dissatisfied with the Ritz-Carlton Chicago.
We came for my mom’s birthday and Mother’s Day celebration weekend! We love this hotel!

Pierre in the club is the best! We will definitely be coming back and tell all our friends.
First night there was nice and quiet and Club Lounge unique and very lovely and personal staff👍🏼 Looking forward to tonight’s presentation and great champagne❤️
It is a nice upscale Hotel close to the trendy places in downtown Chicago. There was a bar inside that made good drinks.
