RecommendedWow! Beautiful hotel with awesome staff! I highly recommend!
At the time of arrival, our room was not ready. We let the concierge know we would be in the bar area & he said he would have the room ready by 6 pm. At 6 pm, the room was still not ready. We were not offered any complimentary drinks, food, nothing. At 7 pm, we were told the room was ready. Upon walking in, housekeeping was still cleaning! At 10:30 am the next morning, housekeeping was knocking on the door to come in even though check-out time is noon. Overall, we are very dissatisfied with the Ritz-Carlton Chicago.
