RecommendedNot a better place to enjoy a staycation in the city . Premier location , walk to everything. The Ritz Carlton is the epicenter of North Michigan Ave. Love hanging at the bar . Great staff . From Checkin to Check Out love putting on the Ritz
The Newly renovated room was beautiful. Great location. Laura from guest relations went out of her way to help decorate room our room to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday. Highly recommend!
The hotel is centrally located in the water tower close to Michigan avenue, restaurants . Great spacious room with beautiful views. Friendly and welcoming environment. We were treated like royalty. Great option for a trip to the city.

Our spa experience was fabulous! John Anstey and Amhar have treated us like ROYALTY! The dining experience at Tavoli and Chef Gee were over the top fantastic!!

My family and I stayed here for NY Eve and the friendly and nice ambiance is nice. We were very relax and had a good room with view to Navy Pier for the fireworks.
