Made the reservation through Priceline 3 times, which is already pre paid for. The 3 TIMES, when swiping my credit card for incidentals (which should be 100 dollars), they swiped the whole amount of the reservation. Last time it happened was on Saturday and the answer I got is that “would be back to my account in a couple of business days” Today is Thursday, call again to find out the situation. Clean,central with friendly staff and an all around positive experience as one would expect with this chain
I would not recommend the hotel. The service at the front desk is horrible. The front desk manager, Kanika, lied directly to our face. We are gold members and 2pm checkout is a benefit subject to availability. She said that 12:30 was the latest checkout we could have and said they were not giving late checkouts to anyone and they were making an exception to us because we had requested before we arrived.
