Not a 5-star experience. My Coco Chanel earrings disappeared after the room service attendant came and switched out table cloths. I Immediately let hotel security and concierge know. No resolution, I’m pissed. When you pay $1100 a night to stay somewhere & then your $500 dollar earrings go missing I expect the hotel to handle situations like this.

We celebrated our anniversary today at the Spa and it was fabulous! We had the most incredible couples massage followed by the most incredible dessert and champagne! Would highly recommend for any occasion.
