I can’t say enough about our experience at the Ritz in Chicago. The staff was exceptional. My two year old daughter fell in love with Grant, the director of the hotel. He graciously surprised her with a little gift waiting in our hotel room after we returned from dinner. He went way above to make her feel special, which in turn made me a very happy mama! We even extended our trip an extra night. We can’t wait to come back for another visit!
