Awesome service
I call this Ritz my favorite “home” in Chicago. We have been going there since the kids were toddlers. We have been staying at that Ritz for the past 8 to 9 years and counting. We all love, love, love the Ritz Carlton in Chicago ��� ����� ��
My 1st time there and the service was wonderful. Joseph was our server and he did amazing job serving us. We will come back again ���
