Great Hotel. Would recommend! I’m very loyal to the brand, and this was our first time staying at this particular property. It exceeded our expectations!
Beautiful room with a lake view and great amenities. The fitness center is amazing! All of the employees that we came across were very nice. This hotel is also in a great location and attached to a nice mall.

We are from the South and first time in Chicago. The hotel was amazing and in the middle of everything. Great location and spectacular amenities and staff. Will definitely be back for a longer stay.

We were not impressed with the room at all, we booked a suite and it was less than expected, but one phone call and the front desk upgraded us and then catered to our every request. The hotel is a bit dated , but the Staff made up for that 10 flod and beyond. From Managment, to room service, to the club floor associates , even housekeeping was phenomenal! We will go back just for the Staff!
Love the hotel and staff is so welcoming and accommodating. Our thanks to Josephine (Joy) for giving us the amenities and welcome cakes for our anniversary and birthday. Cheers!
Still one of the best hotels in Chicago. Nicely updated rooms coupled with that famous, impeccable Ritz Carlton service make this the place to stay in Chicago!
