The Bad-had to call 3 times for slippers and finally got 1 pair. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable, but not detailed at all, Peninsula (where we stayed the weekend prior blew away the Ritz in this category, wrapping up chargers in Penisinula ribbons, arranging shoes etc). The pool was very cold, we came with 3 children who swam anyway, but it was too cold!
