This is my home away from home and the concierge Kyle Francsis helped me get a special present to my son in time for a big event. Oh, and the gym / spa rocks. Love you Ritz Chicago! See you soon
Such a beautiful hotel!!! Our room had gorgeous views of downtown and Navy pier. Excellent service and great food.
I have not been to a Ritz Carlton. That i have not just fallen in love with!! I need that beautiful Ritz Carlton aroma in my house. What and how do I get it?
Amazing as always! Excellent service by all throughout our stay! Favorite place to stay! My wife travels with a wheelchair, walker and oxygen tank, these things can be cumbersome at a hotel but not at the ritz! The staff are very accommodating and helpful with all of this from arrival to departure!
I mean it’s the Ritz! I wasn’t too impressed with the style of the rooms but the service, as expected, was great! Amazing staff, attentive, accommodating, professional, exactly the service you expect at the Ritz! If you get lucky to get a high floor, the view is beautiful! I will always recommend the Ritz, service is unmatched! (Unless you can stay at the St. Regis, their service is diamond)
