Outstanding hotel, the staff was wonderful, especially Pierre in the club lounge. Beautiful property, we look forward to our next visit.

Although we live in Chicago, our favorite Hotel for Special Occassions has always been the Ritz-Carlton. The newly renovated Lobby is beautiful and welcoming. Great for drinks with friends and family. It's so nice to see people from all over the World staying at the Ritz. Having it accessibility to Water Tower Place is convenient for shopping as well. LOVE the Ritz-Carlton Chicago! Always my first choice in my favorite big city! The staff could not be friendlier, more efficient or more professional. My rooms have always been perfectly clean and I've had views that I will never forget! Looking forward to another stay very soon. This is a SIX STAR hotel! And the location - BEST in all the city.
