I been here fiew times for business.. but I felt like at home! Great Hotel, for me the Best in Chicago
Beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff. Great location. The lobby on the 12th floor is nicely decorated. The bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in to date.
Exceptional service! Everyone is super friendly and more than willing to help you whether we needed band-aids or a child friendly restaurant recommendation. Someone was always downstairs with a smile greeting us. Our room was beautiful and the bathroom was newly renovated! The beds are super comfy (the chair and couch in the room not as much). Our bell man noticed we had a baby and brought her special soaps and diaper cream. He brought my 4 year old daughter her own robe just her size. Just little touches that make your expe... read more
