Beautiful hotel and so close to all the great things downtown! Service was exceptional from check in to check out. If it's within the company budget will definitely stay here again when visiting the Chicago area!

The service from the young lady was at engaging however a little too familiar. The renovation has made the roach more modern and cleaned up the look however it lacks the class and luxury of a true Ritz Carlton managed hotel. I believe this one is a franchise. Not terrible at all but certainly not luxurious in any way. I was staying at The Langham - very classy.
Booked a 3 night weekend stay. The staff is amazing!! The bellmen, check-in, concierge, bar, restaurant, managers everyone is attentive and personable. They all go out of their way to make sure guests are happy! The room was large and bed so comfy. The bath amenities were great. There were a couple of hiccups on Sunday morning, elevator wait times and 45min to get breakfast. However, the staff was on it and did everything to make it right.
