Worst experience. Booked three nights in a suit for my wife's birthday. The room was small and fair at best. Uncomfortable bed, uncomfortable furniture and an uncomfortable layout. As platinum Marriott member with over 90 nights this year you would have thought you would have been treated to some perks. They offered to give me club access for $150.00 per night, are you kidding me? We left after one nights stay. Time to give Hyatt my business, Marriott obviously does not appreciate it. The absolute best hotel experience we've ever had. Every single employee we came in contact with we're so kind and respectful. We felt like royalty�The room being amazing was just a perk! We stayed in the water tower suite! Thanks for an unforgettable experience�

Stayed here for our wedding anniversary last night and the staff really went above and beyond to help make the night special! At check in we recieved a glass of prosecco! We arrived to our room with a bottle of chilled prosecco and chocolate covered strawberries along with a nice card! Exceptional service and just the smallest details make it so much better. The bath tub.....I want one! The view of the John Hancock and lake michigan was EVERYTHING. Just an overall amazing stay. Thank you Ritz!
