Have lived here for 2 years and very happy with all of the changes that have been made since moving in. The staff change has been one of the best things that has happened. There is now friendly staff to help you...and actually help. Maintenance completes service request in a very timely manner most of the time it's been same day! Horrible customer service. The lady at the front desk had the worst attitude, it seemed more of an inconvenience for her to help us and do her job. She offered no insight at all, meanwhile the guy at the desk behind us was giving his patrons more help than what we could have ever got with ours. Do not even waste your time with them!!
I was truly excited to move into this community considering the supposed reputation of the LLC company that manages it. You do not receive keys to your apartment until the unit has been checked, prepared and had a walk through by a Management employee. Excellent. Sounded very professional. When I opened the door to my apartment unfortunately there were problems. I just moved here with my son-we absolutely love it..!! We got a loft and fire place..over looks the one pool and lake-beautiful..!!! 2 workout rooms open 24/7..ect...everybody is so nice...5 stars from me!!! ;))
