This place has gone downhill since Management switched at the end of July. The prior Management was great. The new ones? Not so much. The main issue is the maintenance department. I submitted 2 simple online work orders: the screen on my patio door was off the track, and a window blind was broken. It would take 10 minutes to fix. I called three times, and they only came TWO WEEKS AFTER MY ORIGINAL SUBMISSION because I threatened to not pay all my rent. And today, we had a leak when we woke up. The only ones writing positive reviews of Sienna have either had no problems or are part of the staff. Do not move here. No one on the management team cares, especially the new Pinnacle management. We submitted eight work orders today to get our AC fixed. The inside temp is 86. No one called. No one came to fix the AC. You will be sorry if you move here. Contact me. BIG HEADS UP TO ANYONE WHO SIGNED THE LEASE BEFORE BAINBRIDGE TOOK OVER. Any money paid to sure deposit for the bond has become null and void as when the company was bought out they decided that they did not want to do business with them so there is no deposit of file nor bond in your name unless you paid an additional one. So nice of them to bother to tell teh residents of their company taht they had stopped dealing business with them.
The staff is friendly and courteous. They go out of their way to take care of your needs. It's a beautiful, quiet and clean place to live.
Great place to live, awesome fitness center and so close to everything !!!
