hands down worst experience. lowest quality and the classic american definition of "over promise and under deliver" as well as, "banaides over bullet holes.". no one answers the phone, excuses are always in place of results, expect many staff and management changes, poor plumbing by design (refused to fix), ant nests inside the walls and two types of cockroaches inside units also. dogs always barking and maintenence is usually sitting around on gulf carts or driving over the grass... no dog recepticals and insufficient parki... read more
DO NOT live here if you have any pets! The worst thing possible happened to my 9 month old black lab, she was attacked on two separate occasions by pit bulls and when I went to seek help and protection from the leasing office they refused to help me seek justice for the incidents and told me it was my problem. They falsely advertise that no restricted dog breeds are allowed but yet they allow very aggressive dogs live there without doing any interviews. Went in for a tour, Chelsea Weeks is incredible. Wanted to immediately know if apartments are available. Chelsea worked in a few hours to get our apartment secured for us! Come see Chelsea and the staff. They are great.
We have lived here for 5 years and even faced some difficulties, but Yahiry helped us realized a refurbished, renewed apt will be a good option. And it was! We LOVE our new place! Thanks Yamy for make the whole process easy and painless. Thanks also to our manager Ivy and our maintenance chief Chris for make it possible. This apt is just gorgeous! Keep it up guys!
Horrible horrible management that changes over every other month. Real humans cannot even answer the phones or answer messages for residents needing assistance. And you can forget getting someone to call you back. The maintenance is basically just a mask of all the issues that these buildings have. The new paint on the outside is a facade and they ripped apart the screened lanais and haven't bothered to replace them weeks later. Not to mention the paint on the lanai dripped all over the floor of it and it was never painted. ... read more
I like this company very much. They are very understanding and patience with me and very helpful. I was very frustrated with getting the portal started and they figure out what was the problem and solve it. I thank them very much for there patience and hard work.
