They could start by taking care of our maintenance needs. I 've been waiting for months to have my screens replaced on my line I . I have personally moved all my furniture and things so this could be achieved - no one ever showed up to do it , consequently I - by myself all 5 ft 1 120 lbs. of me moved everything back back. THEY ALLOW RESTRICTED BREEDS AND DO NOT ENFORCE THE LEASH POLICY. TENANTS ARE NOT HELD ACCOUNTABLE WHEN REPORTED. IT IS CONSIDERED BREAKING YOUR LEASE WHEN YOU HAVE RESTRICTED BREEDS IN YOUR APARTMENT. YOU ARE MANAGEMENT IT IS YOUR JOB TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF YOUR TENANTS. POLICE OFFICERS HAVE BEEN CALLED ON TENANTS DUE TO RESTRICTED BREEDS CORNERING NOT ONLY PETS BUT TENANTS AS WELL AND MANAGEMENT HAS DONE NOTHING.

Worst place to ever live. The gated community gates have never worked in the 2 years I’ve been here. Horrible maintenance and cheaply made.
Worst parking I’ve ever experienced. I could probably request an Uber to take me to my car every night and day that is how far we have to walk to get to our cars. This is all because management is too lazy to make sure every car has the proper decal that is required to live here. Some people park work cars and personal cars. It’s ridiculous that they don’t regulate the parking. I’ve already mentioned this and instead of fixing it, they tell me to leave a comment or concern without change. Place is bs.

Overall, the complex is private, quiet, there are balconies and linai’s, the pools and gym are AMAZING, but the rents are NOT! My husband and I turned in all of our income information and according to their numbers; we were able to afford it. Turns out, we were NOT able to afford it after we moved in, which left us having to break the lease (as so many have) and we had move to somewhere we can really afford!!!
