The management was really helpful with my move-in. I had an emergency and had to move in early and they were extremely understanding and worked with me. As far as the rooms, you get what you pay for. I had one of the rooms that hadn't been renovated yet so it wasn't as nice as some of the other rooms they offer. The amenities are nice and I have met a lot of nice people. Don't regret signing here.
Do not take their tour and see their "model" apartment and let them tell you all about their bogus renovations! They have done work but it's in common areas and a few models they show. You will not get an apartment that looks like the model!! Worst mistake my daughter ever made..don't even get me started on maintenance requests!!
From the time I moved into my apartment in 2012 to today (around 5 months after I moved out), communication with the office has been awful. They do not respond in a timely manner. If this place hadn't been in such a convenient location and the rent prices hadn't been as not terrible as they were, I would have moved out as soon as my first lease was up. Terrible. New head maintenance guy is highly unintelligent. Thinks he's smarter than the FDA. Bugs galore.
