Dear Redland management team, I really don't understand the way this apartment does their operations. We asked that you guys spray our unit because it is infested with roaches that you guys did not make sure to get rid of before we moved in because I've been seeing roaches since move in day (and I have video proof). I love these apartments! Everyone is so nice, I spoke with Ronni who showed me the apartment complex and she was wonderful! She answered all of my questions and made the tour a great experience!
This place is great! The location is wonderful and the staff is super friendly, as well! Ronni, in particular, is super awesome and capable! While on tour with her, she helped me find a place that was right for me - thank you so much!
I have NEVER moved in and they are charging me 5K and have reported it on my credit! BEWARE of this company, they are a scam. I was going to be a leasing agent and broke my wrist so I didn't even move to Athens and never even picked up a key. The hiring manager told me not to worry about it since I didn't sign my lease and wouldn't be charged if I didn't pick up a key.
