Have lived here as a sub-leaser and have been more than pleased, which explains my new lease. The staff is marvelous and have the talent/know-how to get things done! The setting is also beautiful with a woodsy feel, all with deer wandering to the creek; it is close to town without the traffic and noise and a nice place to come home to at night.
I lived at the Redland for about one year and I am very pleased with both the apartment and the management team. They do a great job matching roommates and are always mindful of their residents' requests. You can count on Jake and both Zachs to jump in and help whenever needed. Plus, the management frequently organizes events for the residents. Very happy with my stay at the Redlands this year. The staff has been so attentive and accommodating. Very clean community especially in the pool area where I hang out a lot. My apartment was at the living standard I would expect. I'd recommend the Redlands for students, families, etc.
I've lived at the Redland for almost a year now and my experience has been great. I love how helpful and friendly the office staff are and the maintenance staff are quick to respond. Zach Moye and Sarah have been awesome in making sure I'm taken care of and are always friendly. My only complaint is that I wish the pool area was cleaned a little bit more frequently and there was keycard access to make the pool more private. However, for the price, location, and amenities I recommend the Redland!

I love living here there is an amazing pool, and dog park that my puppy adores! Management is also great the office staff are very attentive and nice!
Currently living in a +80°F room after contacting the staff twice about my air conditioner breaking down. First they said someone had already came by and fixed it but that never happened, so my roommate and I called emergency on-call maintenance and reported the issue again. They told us they would come by but they never did. The furniture is subpar and fragile, the dining chairs break after just sitting in them. There are bugs everywhere and it is always dusty.
