This is my second year at the Redlands and I really like it. The staff is always awesome and quick with accommodating requests, very friendly, and I love how they do promotions all the time for the residents. The pool and gym are clean and nice, dog park is awesome, great living experience

I love the apartment, and the neighbourhood in general. Plenty of parking and the amenities are awesome. What really makes it worth it living here is the amazing office staff! They are always willing to help with anything from regular maintenance work to killing a spider for us! They always go above and beyond for us!
I like The Redland because it is affordable and nice. Not only that, the staff at The Redland has been extremely helpful, friendly, and nice.
I moved into the The Redlands back when it was called The U and have not even thought to look for a new apartment since. I just renewed my lease with Zack M. for an upcoming fourth year here. The location is excellent, it's very close to campus, grocery stores, dining, and the UGA golf course. The area is typically quiet and the club house is a perfect place for both studying and study breaks, thanks to their new pool table and lounge. Pretty convenient location with a bus system that comes around every 15-25 minutes and takes you everywhere you could need to go on campus. It stops running around 6:30 pm, but the Night East-West bus runs to the apartments as well (even if it is every 45-ish minutes or so). 24 hour access to a gym and free printing were also a plus.The quality of the apartment itself may not necessarily be pristine, but then again for the price you definitely can't beat it.
