This is a great looking place with really good prices. The staff are super friendly and the location is good too. I love that a bus comes every 15 minutes to UGA's campus. This is definitely a great place to live in Athens.
Such a great apartment for the price! Having the utilities included in the rent is very convenient, and the units being furnished makes moving much less of a hassle. The staff is very friendly, and they employ a few college students who are very relatable. The bus system comes every 15-25 minutes and takes you everywhere you could need to go on campus. Rent prices are unbeatable and the fact that it is ALL INCLUSIVE for utilities is a definite plus for college students. There's no worries on finding affordable furniture because it's already there when you move in! Super convenient bus system that makes getting to class quick, easy, and best of all you don't have to pay an outrageous amount for parking. I am all set to renew my lease for another year. Definitely worth every penny.
Rent is cheap and the pool is fun in the summer!!
I definitely like living at The U. Some people disagree. Sure, it's a little older and not "that glorious luxury spot that vacuums your money out of your bank account [but it's SO COOL so nobody cares]". It's a comfy complex that gives me everything I need and more with a rate I can afford as a broke college student making ends meet. Low rent and nice amenities. The pool is really nice, there is a hot tub, and the gym is nice to have. Not really much I don't like.
