The Pointe is very friendly with their staff. They are always available to help with anything and are quick to take action. The facilities are very clean as well!
This is a nice community and apartment complex in general. Overall the inside and outside of the apartments are maintained well. The gym and location are definitely a bonus. Overall, a very nice place to live.
Fun place to live at, easy to room with who you want. Beach volleyball is a great add �.
I love living at the. Pointe. The location of the apartments to campus is awesome!!! The fact that I have my own bedroom and bathroom makes living here very convenient. The staff is also very friendly and willing to help with anything!!!!
This is my first year living at this place. It’s good overall, maintenance is acomodatimg. One time I wasn’t too happy was when they left my door open over break from the inspections. But they ended up refunding me and my roommates for the money that it cost us in gas.
I have lived at Thre Pointe for one year and it has been great! The apartments have many amenities including own room/bathroom, laundry in unit, parking on site, pool, etc for a reasonable price that you wouldn’t find downtown.
I moved in at the pointe in August 2017. The people here are very nice and helpful. I have had no problems with my housing or community at all. The apartments are so clean and, well taken care. I definitely feel like I made the best decision living here.
I love the pointe! Very helpful staff, very beautiful complex, and it has everything I could need for a great price especially for the area. My experience has been an over all great one. With all of the emenities inside the apartment and other facilities within the complex everything you could need is right near by!
