Overall the point isn't too bad, you have your own room and bathroom which not many places can offer. The market in state college this price typically gets you a shared room with multiple people and they allow pets!
Having my own bedroom and bathroom is great. There are buses constantly running to campus if you want to go downtown. The location is around many restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping centers. Good price for the amount of room and accommodations that you get.
So far, I have really enjoyed living here at The Pointe. I have very much appreciated the kind staff and maintenance crew as well as the fast responses in maintenance requests. Amenities are great, mostly everything is included, and it’s been an overall great experience. I only have loud upstairs neighbors, but theirs not much I can do about that. I’ve already resigned my lease, and I can’t wait for next year. They do a lot for their residents in terms of helping out with finances, and rewards for residing here. Recommend fo... read more
I love the Pointe! A great place to live and have a great time in State College.
Food days, free gym, computer lab, and personal bathrooms in each room all while having a helpful staff. What more can you ask for?
The Pointe staff as a whole is responsive, takes feedback seriously, and works to assist residents as much as they can in everything they do.
Over all great place to live. Own bedroom and bathroom are nice. 5 min from campus.
