The Pointe was incredible with helping me in the transition of subletting my apartment for the spring semester. It is already stressful enough to try and figure out what needs to be done so with their help I never felt like I was in it alone. They were great about getting back to me very quickly.
I love the perks that the Pointe offers. And now that there the complex is pet friendly it's even merrier. There are only a couple of things that I'd suggest changing, more visitor parking spots, trash cans in the public areas and walking paths, better quality cable, the signla for the TV channels, fluctuate and are very inconsistent in some important channels, like ESPN, and replacing the chairs at the computer lab.
