Great place to love. Having your own bathroom is an amazing plus. Staff and maintenance is great. A little noisy sometimes though.
Great place to live! Have lived here for 2 years and love the staff and the apartment itself. The amenities are great and staff is very friendly.
Whats better than having your own bathroom in the bedroom?! On top of that, there are days in the week where they give out free popcorn, nachos, hot dogs, chips, etc.. There are also a pool, gym, clubhouse, computer (which they are all renovating right now !!) There is also a free machine, where you can get coffee, hot chocolate, and different espresso drinks, you just need to bring your own cup/mug. I chose the Pointe because the apartments offered private rooms and bathrooms and so far it has been a good experience living here. The location is great for an off campus housing as it is near major stores like Walmart, Trader Joes, Best Buy, Panera etc. The staff are helpful and the office provide free food on certain days, which are very convenient! My only suggestion would be to keep certain areas around outside of the apartments more clean as there are trash or shopping carts laying around.

I have enjoyed my time at the pointe. Pretty affordable for the amount of amenities. My suggestion would be to change the cable back to what it used to be because channels are limited now, more trash cans around the buildings, and to continue to provide residents with free food! It’s so nice when I have to go to work after classes and don’t have time to make dinner.
I love that I have my own bathroom here. I can't really think of anything that has gone terrible in the apartment. I've had bad experiences with sharing bathrooms and now that I found a place that i don't have to share a bathroom, it makes me never want to leave. The staff is helpful when they need to be. Also, my roommates and I were given the option of calculating the bill or Simple Bills would do it for us and honestly its so much easier that Simple Bills does it. It’s a nice place to live. They are always making improvements here plus the indoor basketball court is awesome.
